Mona Mahfouz has extensive experience in technical product management and operations within major tech companies, particularly Google. From October 2016 to July 2019, Mona held various roles, including Technical Product Expert for Google Ads, where responsibilities involved managing product issue communications and leading product bug escalations. Mona also served as a Sales Infrastructure Lead for Google Shopping, focusing on the development of sales tools and business requirement documentation. Currently, since May 2022, Mona is a Staff Program Manager for Hub Services at Google Cloud, overseeing service delivery for internal sales customers in the UK/I market and developing scalable service offerings.
