Monica Davis has extensive experience in executive compensation and human resources, beginning as a Compensation Manager at Pulte Homes from April 2004 to July 2007. Following this, Monica served as a Compensation Consultant at Owens Corning in 2005-2006, before joining Mercer Human Resource Consulting as an Executive Compensation Consultant from 2000 to 2004. Monica later held various key positions at Google, including Director of Global Compensation from August 2007 to July 2013, and subsequently as Director of Compensation for Alphabet Companies from April 2016 to April 2022. In May 2022, Monica transitioned to Director of People Ops Velocity, ultimately advancing to the role of Vice President, People Ops Velocity, both based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Monica holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2000.
