Monica Kelly

Monica Kelly (née Linhardt) has extensive experience in program and project management spanning various sectors. Notably, Monica served as Program Manager at the Partnership for Public Service from November 2011 to July 2015, managing the Best Places to Work Advisory Services program, and held multiple roles at Google from July 2019 to present, including Cloud Consultant and EMEA Program Manager, focusing on public sector clients and technical consultants. Previous positions include Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where workplace transformation and organizational effectiveness were primary focuses, and Youth Engagement Specialist at United Way of Snohomish County, developing a successful volunteer program. Monica's education includes two master’s degrees from The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Pennsylvania, complementing a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon.
