Monika Black

Monika (Matthews) Black is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business advisory services and product operations management. Monika began a career at the Make-A-Wish Foundation as a Program Manager, later serving as Director of Programs and Grants at The Marcled Foundation. Monika's expertise continued to grow through roles at Cisco as Program Manager for Public Benefit Investments and as Principal at Infosys in Manufacturing & High Tech. Following a tenure as a Senior Consultant at Slalom Consulting, Monika joined Google in February 2019 as a Product Operations Manager in Commerce, where responsibilities include empowering merchants on Google's shopping platform and managing significant merchant accounts. Monika holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business and a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. Notable achievements include establishing a support structure for over 1 million merchants and winning the Google Green Award for promoting sustainable packaging solutions.
