Monisha Varadan

Monisha Varadan is the EMEA Privacy Lead in Privacy Safety Security Engineering and a Lecturer in Corporate Entrepreneurship at INSEAD. With a diverse 25-year career across five industries and four countries, they have held roles ranging from journalist to managing editor, and led corporate development at Rivington Street Holdings. Currently a partner at Zephyr Ventures, Monisha focuses on investing in and advising growth businesses. Their past experience also includes pivotal positions at Google, where they contributed to privacy initiatives and product partnerships across APAC. In their personal life, Monisha enjoys motherhood and values time spent in nature.
