Morgan Kennedy is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in communications, media, privacy, and data security. Morgan served as a Communications & Media and Privacy & Data Security Associate at Covington & Burling LLP from October 2013 to May 2016, advising clients in the television and telecommunications industries on regulatory compliance and industry issues. Following a series of internships and positions, including at Hearst Magazines, Weil Gotshal and Manges LLP, and the Federal Trade Commission, Morgan became a Manager and later a Senior Policy Counsel in Government Affairs and Public Policy at Google.
