Nancy Sorgatz (Gillmer) is an experienced pastry chef with a diverse background in the baking and culinary arts. Nancy began the culinary journey by earning a Le Cordon Bleu Certificate in Patisserie and Baking from Texas Culinary Academy. Notable positions include Head Baker at Bountiful Bakery and various roles as a Pastry Cook at The Four Seasons Beverly Hills and The Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay, where Nancy worked in the upscale restaurant Navio. Currently, Nancy serves as a Pastry Chef for Bon Appetit Management Company at Google, overseeing the pastry team, training employees, and developing weekly menus for multiple locations on the campus. Additional experience includes owning Confetti Cupcake and a position as a Pastry Cook at Flea St Cafe.
