Natalie Johnston is a UX/Product Research Lead at YouTube, where they shape the platform's TV strategy. They previously served as a Doctoral Research Fellow at Weill Cornell Medical College, conducting behavioral research on decision-making in children and teens. At Columbia University's Social Cognitive Affective Neuroscience Lab, they led pioneering studies on social acceptance and placebo effects in Parkinson's patients. Earlier in their career, they coordinated research at the University of Oslo and contributed to decision-making studies at the Earth Institute. Natalie is currently pursuing a B.A. in Psychology and a Master of Science in Neuroscience and Cognitive Psychology.
