At Stash, Natalie established a design operations practice to enhance team scalability. Experience at the San Francisco Department of Public Health involved coordinating educational projects, while roles at Method included Operations Manager and Head of Operations, focusing on business efficiencies and managing global operations during a merger. Most recently, Natalie served as a Senior Program Manager at GitHub, supporting a large design team, and is currently in a similar role at Google, focusing on UX research and business operations.
