Nathalia Silva

Nathalia Silva is a Global Program Manager at Google, where responsibilities include managing multiple programs, navigating ambiguity, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to streamline processes. Prior experience includes roles at RBC as a Data Analyst in Applications, where Nathalia redesigned an internal web portal and developed executive dashboards, and as a Vulnerability Manager in Cyber Security, managing cross-functional projects and ensuring compliance reporting. Nathalia also led the GCS Student Engagement Program, significantly increasing intern engagement, and has contributed to the tech community as a Mentor in GDG Toronto and as the Founder of Women Developers Toronto, which aims to enhance tech skills among women. Additionally, Nathalia holds a Computer Programming degree from George Brown College and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner.
