Neenu has a diverse professional background with experience in program management and planning across multiple organizations. At Nestlé, Neenu served as a Program Manager responsible for end-to-end logistics and supply chain planning, followed by a role as Planning Manager overseeing production schedules for multiple plants. A brief stint as a Consulting Intern at X-Leap in strategy and business development laid the foundation for subsequent positions at Google. At Google, from April 2022 to March 2023, Neenu excelled as a Program Manager in Cloud Capacity Management, successfully executing a major event without downtime, and contributed to product roadmap development. Currently, Neenu holds the position of Program Manager for AI/ML Infrastructure Planning, focusing on cluster demand planning and forecasting. Neenu also demonstrated leadership as President of the Women Development Cell at the Ministry of Human Resource Development and has prior experience as a Content Writer at eBiz.
