Neha Siddana is a seasoned HR and leadership professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. At ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, Neha served as Manager of Human Resources, effectively supporting over 500 employees and achieving significant improvements in employee referral rates and turnover reduction. Subsequent roles included HR Generalist at Cater2.me, Recruiter at Infotech Global Services, LLC, and Senior HR Manager at PandaDoc, where Neha led talent functions and implemented strategic HR initiatives.
