Nicholas Shultz

Nicholas Shultz has extensive experience in operations management within the energy sector, including a tenure at NRG Energy from January 2008 to October 2011 where roles included Group Supervisor of Operations overseeing construction projects and operational training, Shift Supervisor managing operations at the Keystone Generating Station, and Power Plant Operator at both the Keystone and Conemaugh Generating Stations. Prior to this, Nicholas served in the US Navy from September 1998 to September 2004 as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, responsible for operating and maintaining naval nuclear propulsion plants. Nicholas also founded KAI Industrial Services, offering portable welding and fabrication services, and briefly held the role of Program Manager for Data Center Operations at Google in April 2020. Nicholas graduated from Naval Nuclear Power School with a focus on Basic Nuclear Engineering and Operations.
