Nick Bromley has a diverse background in finance and operations, beginning with a commission as a Combat Engineer Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, where responsibilities included training operations. Following military service, Nick gained experience as a Summer Analyst at Marchmont Investment Management, focusing on last-mile logistics acquisitions. Further experience includes roles at Savills Singapore as a Development Management Intern, an internship with the Real Estate Private Equity Team at StepStone Group, and serving as a Capital Markets Analyst at JLL until April 2023. Currently, Nick holds the position of Strategic Negotiator for Data Center Site Acquisition at Google. Nick holds a BSc in Investment and Finance in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst Certificate from the Corporate Finance Institute®.
