Technical Solutions Engineer

Nickolas Garza is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in seismic engineering, software development, and technical solutions. From July 2011 to March 2016, Nickolas served as a Seismic Field Service Engineer at Wireless Seismic, Inc., providing support for the RTS2 seismic acquisition system during international deployments. Following this role, Nickolas worked at Volusion from December 2017 to August 2019, initially in Tier 1 & 2 Support before advancing to Technical Consultant (Tier 3 Support), where Nickolas focused on training and documentation to enhance customer satisfaction. Subsequently, Nickolas joined ESO as a Software Development Engineer and later transitioned to a Site Reliability Engineer, addressing incidents in real time and improving operational observability. Currently, as a Technical Solutions Engineer at Google since November 2022, Nickolas continues to apply technical expertise. Nickolas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from St. Edward's University, completed in 2010.
