Nico Weiss is currently the APAC xPA and Cloud Controllership Manager at Google, where they support the implementation of accounting policies. Previously, as a Senior Manager in EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services in Sydney, Nico assisted clients with transitions to new accounting standards and finance transformation projects. Starting their career at EY in 2009, they gained international experience, including work in Tokyo during the Global Financial Crisis, and led various audit teams across multiple industries in Germany and Australia. Nico holds a Master's degree from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg and additional qualifications in Accounting and Finance.
