Nicola Mitchell

Nicola Mitchell possesses a diverse background in corporate legal and secretarial roles. Beginning as a Corporate Secretarial Trainee at BDO Ireland in July 2013, Nicola continued to build expertise as a Company Secretary at Matheson from June 2014 to December 2014. Since January 2015, Nicola has been part of the Corporate Legal team at Google, contributing to the APAC team in Singapore since June 2019, after spending 4.5 years with the EMEA team in Ireland. Academically, Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance and Investment from the University of Ulster and a Master of Science in Management and Corporate Governance, along with a Graduate ICSA designation, also from the University of Ulster.
