Nikhila Krishnan

Nikhila Krishnan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across several prominent companies. Starting as a Manager and Assistant Manager of HR at GENPACT LLC, Nikhila progressed to become an HR Business Partner at Amazon.co.uk, where responsibilities included cost productivity management and employee engagement initiatives. Nikhila's expertise continued to grow at GSK, serving as HR Head of Global Marketing and Digital and later as HR Director in Global Finance Services. Nikhila's tenure at Google includes roles as Sr. People Partner and Director, Head of HR for Google Cloud EMEA. Nikhila holds a B.Tech in Information Technology from the University of Madras and a PGDM in HR from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resources Development, along with current studies in Employment Law at The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
