Nir Belsky is currently the Director of Strategy and Operations at Google, where they lead a team of Data Engineers, Analysts, and Program Managers focused on global sales incentives. Previously, Nir held various roles at Google, including Head of Sales for the Israeli market and Small Businesses North America Sales Team Lead. Before joining Google, they worked at HP as an Account Manager and managed sales for enterprise IT solutions. Nir began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Platoon Commander and Deputy Company Commander. They hold an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BSc in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
