Niraj Desai is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in user interface and software engineering within the automotive and entertainment industries. Commencing the career as an R&D/Concepts User Interface/Experience Engineer intern at Thales Avionics, Niraj progressed through various roles, including Software GUI Intern and Associate Software Engineer focusing on passenger experiences. Niraj's expertise further developed at NIO as a Staff HMI Software Engineer, as well as during tenure at Ackila, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where leadership in developing interactive user interfaces was demonstrated. Experience at Mercedes-Benz involved managing the development of a Qt-based software development kit and leading a team of engineers to deliver HMI solutions.
