Nirav Patel

Nirav Patel is a skilled software engineer with experience in developing software solutions and enhancing network functionalities. At Juniper Networks, responsibilities included developing test scripts for multicast snooping and addressing customer issues related to memory management in the JUNOS operating system. As a research assistant with the Ocean Observing and Modeling Group, efforts focused on deep learning models for weather forecasting. Currently, Nirav serves as a software engineer at Google, working on Google Compute Engine. Previous work also included a summer internship at the North Carolina Institute for Climate Studies, where a graph schema for climate datasets was designed and automated for Neo4j. Nirav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information and Communication Technology from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute and a Master of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University, achieving a perfect GPA.
