Nitasha Mago

Nitasha Mago, MBA, has extensive experience in program management and consulting across leading organizations. From April 2012 to April 2016, Nitasha served as a Consultant at Revel, working with Expedia as a Senior Program Manager to provide strategic guidance for complex programs affecting over 10,000 call center agents globally. Following this, Nitasha held the position of Senior Consultant at EY from May 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing business operations for significant acquisitions and leading marketing technology enablement projects. Since February 2022, Nitasha has been the Risk Operations Manager for Google Play Trust & Safety, driving strategic initiatives to ensure user protection and maintain platform integrity. Nitasha holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and two MBAs from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and the Smith School of Business at Queen's University, along with a Social Impact Certificate from Queen's University.
