Nitika Jain

Nitika Jain is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Nitika began a career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Hero MotoCorp Ltd, progressing to the role of Assistant Manager, where responsibilities included managing sheet metal fabrication and procurement for motorcycle prototypes. Following this, Nitika gained valuable experience at Procter & Gamble as a Product Supply Manager, overseeing the raw and packaging materials supply chain for Pampers India. Nitika also enhanced operational skills during a brief stint as a BOLD Operations Intern at Amazon and worked as an Associate Consultant at Redseer Strategy Consultants. Currently, Nitika serves as a Technical Program Manager at Google. Academic qualifications include a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
