Nitya Kirat

Nitya Kirat is the Founder and President of YOSD CONSULTING, established in January 2017, specializing in enhancing team performance and revenue through sales science and behavioral design. Currently, Nitya also serves as a Mastery Faculty Partner at Google, contributing to virtual sales training programs. Previous experience includes consulting and speaking roles at Accelerate Performance Sales Consulting, where Nitya developed performance enhancement programs for sales organizations, and various consulting positions in market research and strategy. Nitya's background includes key roles at Checchi Capital Advisers as Vice President, UBS as a Financial Advisor, Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals as a Sales Representative, AT&T as a Project Manager, and Schering-Plough Research Institute as an Associate Engineer. Nitya holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
