Noel Billig

Noel Billig currently serves as a UX Design Manager at Google, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Noel was the Head of Human Interface Design at Nokia from May 2016 to September 2019. Noel's extensive experience in creative leadership includes significant tenures at R/GA, where contributions spanned various roles, including Group Executive Creative Director, Executive Creative Director, and Technical Creative Director from February 2007 to May 2016. Noel holds a BFA in Film/Television with a focus on Animation from NYU - Tisch, with earlier education at Columbia University.
