Noga Ratner

Noga Ratner is a Staff Program Manager at Google Cloud and a Visiting Lecturer in Business Strategy at Holon Institute of Technology. With a background in both military operations and engineering, Noga held various roles, including Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces and Senior R&D Researcher at Epsilor Electric Fuel.
