Notey Akpotive possesses extensive experience in human resources, having served as an HR Business Partner at Amazon, where collaboration with senior leadership led to the enhancement of HR programs and employee engagement for a large workforce. Prior experience includes roles at AIESEC as Vice President of Talent Management, focusing on talent development, and various positions at General Electric, including Recruiting Coordinator and Employee HR Manager, managing recruitment and HR functions across multiple geographies. Currently, Notey functions as a People Consultant at Google, dedicated to transforming HR practices and fostering internal talent. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts with honors in English from the University of Lagos and a post-graduate certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from Sheridan College.
