Noy Krom

Noy Krom is an accomplished professional with a background in business analysis and innovation strategy. With experience as a Strategic Business Analyst at MNS Consulting IL and a Research and Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Noy has developed a strong analytical foundation. Noy continued to grow through roles as a Business Analyst at Altice Group and a Growth Analyst at Kape Technologies, before taking on the position of AI Innovation & Strategy Lead at Discount Bank. Currently, Noy serves as a Growth Specialist at Google. Noy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies, both from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
