Olga Sych is the Head of Mid-Market Sales at Google, bringing over 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in transforming media and advertising businesses across Europe and Asia. Olga founded Great Owls, a sales and marketing consultancy, where they lead a dynamic team and launched a Business Accelerator for Coaches in collaboration with the Collective Change Institute. Previous roles include Managing Director at Tatler Asia, where Olga managed a multi-functional digital team and doubled EBITDA, and Managing Director at Digitas within Publicis Groupe. Olga's educational background includes studies in Media Management at Stanford University and various digital marketing and coaching courses.
