Olivia Choi is a seasoned compensation analyst with extensive experience in developing and implementing compensation programs. Currently at Google since February 2022, Olivia leads initiatives in pay equity and transparency and previously worked on leadership offers. Prior to Google, Olivia served as an equity compensation associate at TPG, where responsibilities included modeling compensation programs related to an IPO and synthesizing data for executive reports. Olivia's earlier roles include senior compensation analyst positions at McLagan Data & Analytics and McLagan, where analysis and presentation of compensation data were key functions. Additional experience includes a short tenure at Apple, marketing management at SERVPRO of Stamford, and financial analysis internships. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business and was also educated at Alliance Manchester Business School.
