Olivier Esper

Olivier Esper has a robust background in public policy and telecommunications, beginning as an Analyst in Licensing & Interconnection at the French Communications Commission from May 2000 to July 2002, later rising to Chief of the Internet Bureau. Olivier then served as a Senior Analyst at the French Embassy from July 2002 to August 2004 before transitioning to Cisco as a Government Affairs Manager from September 2004 to November 2006. Since November 2006, Olivier has been with Google, progressing from Senior Manager in Public Policy to the current role of Director in Public Policy, demonstrating extensive expertise in governmental relations and regulatory affairs.
