Omar Bouqata has extensive experience in engineering management and technology, with a career spanning over two decades. Omar began as a Senior Programmer at FGM, later advancing to significant roles such as Vice President of Technology at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included leading data warehousing efforts. After serving as a Senior Engineering Manager in various capacities at Morgan Stanley, Omar took on the role of Engineering Manager at Facebook and subsequently at Google. Omar also held positions as Technical Program Manager III and Software Engineering Manager at Amazon, focusing on distributed systems and big data. Omar holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Binghamton University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Al Akhawayn University.
