Or Raz

Or Raz is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in managerial and technical roles. With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, Or began a career as a Security Researcher and later as a Security Research Manager in the Israel Defense Forces. Or transitioned to the private sector as a Software Engineer at Netonomy, which was later acquired by Allot, where Or progressed to Software Engineering Manager and eventually AVP, Director of Software Engineering. After co-founding a stealth startup, Or joined Google in September 2024 as a Software Engineering Manager, bringing a diverse skill set and leadership experience to the role.
