Ossun Shin

Ossun Shin is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and co-founder, serving as Chief Culture Officer (CCO) at 株式会社COEDAS since November 2022. With previous experience at Google from April 2018 to January 2023 as a Product Support Manager and APAC Agent Care Manager, Ossun also contributed as a #IamRemarkable Facilitator, empowering women and underrepresented groups. Prior roles include Program Manager and Call Center Lead at Oracle, where responsibilities included operational process implementation and team leadership. Ossun holds degrees in Co-Active Coaching from CTI Japan and Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching from CRR Global Japan, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
