Pang Chen has extensive experience in professional services, currently serving as the Head of Global Governance & Escalations for Google Cloud Consulting since 2017. Prior to this role, Pang held various senior positions at VMware from 2002 to 2013, including Principal Consultant and Architect, where they developed methodologies and managed consulting operations. Between 2013 and 2017, Pang was the Senior Director of Professional Services at Cumulus Networks, leading the development and delivery of consulting and training services. Pang is also pursuing education at Dartmouth College.
