Partha Ranganathan

Partha Ranganathan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and research. Currently serving as Vice President and Engineering Fellow at Google since August 2013, Partha has played a significant role in driving innovation within the company. Partha held the position of Director on the Board of Directors for the Open Compute Project Foundation from May 2020 to May 2023. Prior to joining Google, Partha spent over a decade at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where career progression included titles such as Fellow, Distinguished Technologist, Principal Research Scientist, and Research Scientist/Sr Research Scientist. Partha earned a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Rice University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
