Pat Hwang

Pat Hwang is a seasoned professional in user experience and product design, with notable experience spanning various roles and companies. Pat's career began as a Service and Sales Consultant at Telstra from October 2015 to November 2018, followed by an Experience Design Intern position at Deloitte Digital in late 2018. Subsequently, Pat served as a User Experience Analyst at Triniti for a brief period in 2019, before taking on the role of Product Designer at Atlassian from January 2020 to September 2021. In addition, Pat has been an interface design and product design tutor at the University of Sydney between February and July 2021, and has lectured as a guest lecturer and casual academic at the same institution from August 2021 to March 2024. Currently, Pat is a UX Designer at Google since September 2021. Contributions to the creative field include involvement as a Student Delegate at the Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity in 2018. Pat holds a Bachelor of Design Computing with a Minor in Information Technology from the University of Sydney, along with academic units from the Sydney School of Entrepreneurship and a Higher School Certificate from North Sydney Boys High School.
