Paul Gates is a NYC-based UX and Service Designer with extensive experience in various sectors, including healthcare, edtech, enterprise, and publishing. Currently, Paul serves as a Design Manager and UX team lead at Google, focusing on Google Cloud Storage and Transfer Services. Previously, Paul worked at Amplify Education, ustwo™, Big Spaceship, and IBM, delivering impactful UX solutions and leading teams throughout the project lifecycle. Paul holds a BFA in Industrial Design and a minor in Social Sciences and Belief Systems from the Rhode Island School of Design and is currently pursuing further education in Graphic Design at the School of Visual Arts.
