Paul Higson

Paul Higson has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, having held significant roles in major tech companies. At Robert Walters, Paul served as a Recruiter for over three years, focusing on onsite recruitment for Goldman Sachs. Paul then transitioned to Google, where as Manager, HR Business Partner, responsibilities included managing a tech internal mobility team supporting over 40,000 clients. From April 2017 to March 2019, Paul was the Director of People Operations at OfferUp, leading initiatives in performance, culture, and HR data. Most recently, Paul worked as a Senior HR Manager at Microsoft, supporting high-level leadership teams and driving cultural transformation. Paul holds a BA in International Studies in International Political Economy from the University of Washington, with a commendable GPA of 3.95.
