Paulo Baião

Paulo Baião is currently a Team Lead in Product Support Operations and Strategy at Google, with extensive experience in product marketing management within the internet industry. They have developed skills in digital strategy, search engine marketing, and digital marketing, leading various significant initiatives including customer acquisition programs for Google AdWords in Brazil. Paulo previously served as a Teaching Assistant at UERJ, where they supported students in product design projects. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Product Design and Visual Communication from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.
