Payam Refael

Payam Refael is an experienced software engineer who has held significant roles at major technology companies, including Google and Microsoft. They began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Honeywell and later progressed to various engineering positions at Microsoft, where they contributed to data processing pipelines and customer intelligence systems. At Google, Payam served as a Tech Lead in multiple teams focused on content safety and machine learning, driving innovations in advertiser safety and policy compliance. They earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Software Engineering, followed by a Master’s degree at Arizona State University.
