Pete Fleming

Pete Fleming currently serves as the Director of UX Research at Google since August 2019 and as an advisor at Adeption since September 2018. Additionally, Pete is a member of the Board of Directors for the Southern Marin Fire District, previously holding the position of Board President in 2021. Experience includes leadership roles at Instagram and Facebook, focusing on research and user experience, as well as a background in financial services expansion through Bankable Frontier Associates. Pete co-founded Invest in Knowledge and served as a research member for the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor at Babson College. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Demography from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Babson College, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Economics from the University of Rochester.
