Phil Molloy

Phil Molloy is an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Banking Sector at Google since October 2025, Phil leads the cloud sales team focused on the UK banking industry. Prior to this role, Phil held significant positions at Palo Alto Networks, where responsibilities included transforming the global accounts sales team, and VMware, managing EMEA sales for the AWS cloud business. Phil’s career also features a senior role at EMC as a Senior Account Manager and foundational experience at Compaq Computer Ltd. With a strong background in building customer relationships and driving high-performance teams, Phil possesses in-depth knowledge of the financial services market and a reputation for successfully recovering challenging client relationships.
