Phil Williams

Phil Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the construction and engineering sectors. From 1980 to 1999, Phil held various sales and marketing roles at Carrier Corporation, ultimately serving as Regional Sales Manager and Director of Marketing for Air Handling Systems. Phil then advanced to Webcor, where positions included Vice President of Building Systems and Director of Building Systems, providing leadership and MEP support across projects. In subsequent roles at Google, Phil is currently the Director of Design Build Construction, overseeing major new construction initiatives in Silicon Valley. Additional experience includes serving as President of Business Development at Delos® and Northern California Account Manager at Southland Industries. Phil holds a BS in Agricultural Engineering from Washington State University.
