Philip O'Toole

Philip O'Toole is an engineering leader at Google, where they manage multiple development teams focusing on the Cloud Observability Suite within the Google Cloud Platform. With a career spanning various roles, Philip has previously served as a director and architect at companies like InfluxDB and Loggly Inc. They hold a B.Sc. in Applied Physics and Electronics from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Philip is also recognized as the creator of rqlite, a distributed database built on SQLite, and is an active open-source developer.
