At Procter & Gamble, Phoebe held various roles including Supply Demand Planner, Procurement Process Owner, and Sourcing Buyer, where significant achievements included managing supply chain reliability for Pringles and standardizing purchasing processes in Taiwan. At Starbucks, Phoebe served as Supply Chain Program Manager and Planning Director, leading teams to optimize planning systems and manage high-demand inventory effectively. Currently, Phoebe is involved in Global Supply Demand Management for the Pixel division at Google.
