Pia Kersten

Pia Kersten is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Pia served as the National Head of Customer Experience at AIESEC from August 2017 to July 2018. Subsequent roles at Google, spanning from April 2021 to June 2022, included positions such as Senior Vendor Operations Lead and Operations Program Manager, focusing on Global Customer Care and Trust & Safety. Prior to Google, Pia held positions at BOOK A TIGER and foodora, where responsibilities ranged from account management to recruitment. Pia holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and completed a postgraduate diploma at the National University of Ireland, Galway, following a study exchange program at the University of Rijeka.
