Pierre JOLY

Pierre JOLY has extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. From October 2007 to June 2012, Pierre served as HR Senior Manager for KFC France, where responsibilities included implementing HR policies and managing labor relations amid significant growth. Prior to KFC, Pierre held the position of Human Resources Manager at SFR from July 2002 to June 2007, overseeing HR functions for 500 employees and facilitating change management initiatives. Earlier career roles include HR Project Manager at Vivendi Universal, where projects included the development of an e-learning center and leadership training programs, and Talent Development Director at Yum! Restaurants International, focusing on recruitment and training strategies for KFC France. Pierre has also served as Human Resources Director for both Southern and Northern Europe at Dell Technologies, managing a workforce of 6,000 across 12 countries.
