Po-Ching Lu

Po-Ching (Lucas) Lu is a highly skilled professional in the field of materials science and engineering with extensive experience in sourcing, supplier operations, and technical support. Currently serving as a Sourcing Manager for Custom Silicon at Google since July 2025, Po-Ching previously worked at ASML as a Supplier Operation Team Lead and Quality Supplier Manager, where Po-Ching established a three-year strategic supplier development plan for northeast Asia. Earlier roles include strategic sourcing for raw wafer supply chain management at TSMC, and various technical positions at Hermes-Epitek Corporation, specializing in system engineering, product development, and process engineering for LED and semiconductor applications. Po-Ching is pursuing a PhD in Material Science and Engineering at National Chiao Tung University, complementing a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in the same field from reputable institutions.
