Pooja Pradhan

Pooja Pradhan has extensive experience in human resources across various industries, including aerospace, technology, and finance. Pooja's career began in HR roles within the wholesale and investment banking sector from January 2001 to December 2007, followed by significant positions at Barclays Capital and Unilever. Pooja served as a Senior HR Consultant at Oman Oil Exploration & Production LLC in 2010-2011, and then joined Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities included Regional Lead Human Resources for Civil Aerospace & GTSE and Global Human Resources Director at Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG. From January 2018 to January 2020, Pooja held key roles at Google, culminating as Global Head of HR for Supply Chain/Operations. Currently, Pooja is the Vice President of the People Team for APAC at Visa. Pooja holds a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing and a Master's degree in Advanced Human Resource Management, both from the University of New South Wales.
